Yep, we know… School just started last month, and it’s already time to plan for the Toussaint holiday, or mid-term break, depending on what school system your kids are in. And just to complicate things a bit, this year the vacation starts WEDNESDAY October 19 after class, with the kids going back to school on THURSDAY November 3.
Most parents don’t have as many vacation days as their children do, so just how are you supposed to keep your kids busy? Many of the places we mentioned in our “Ultimate Guide to After-School and Weekend Activities” offer holiday workshops (ateliers) and day camps (stages), and there may still be time to enroll in the very affordable centre de loisirs near you (registrations close October 5, 2016). But, if you’re looking to let your kids explore new horizons, INSPIRELLE has researched some alternative activities for kids during Toussaint holidays.
