Born near Paris in a multicultural family (father Irish-Italian born in Africa, mother Czech- German born in France), Anne-Sophie Pappalardo grew up with three brothers and was the adventurous one in the family. She left France after graduating from college with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Marketing and moved to the USA where she stayed for more than ten years, had a son, separated and moved back to France (Brittany) to start a different life as a consultant in food and beverage.
