Julia Spence

Julia Spence was born in Paris, France and raised in London by French and American parents. The 19-year old student is currently in her second year of design at Goldsmiths University of London, in the UK. Here, she is acquiring skills in the workshop (working with wood and metal). Julia says she wants to pursue this interest and master the dying art of craftsmanship. She believes designers have power to improve lives. Her goal is to try and find innovative ways that good design can benefit and develop our society.
