Having spent her childhood globe-trotting around the world with her family, Susan Boullier met her French husband in London and moved to Paris over 20 years ago, putting down roots after two of her three children were born here. She now feels like a 'Parisienne adoptée' and loves the beauty and culture of this magical city. While studying 17th century Old Master painting, Susan's concentration on design was sparked by her final project on Marcel Duchamp at the Courtauld which led to several years at Christie's in London where she guided private and corporate clients towards specific acquisitions. Following further studies at the Louvre, she co-founded Artecase with her partner Elizabeth Chase. Their Paris-based company sources 20th century and contemporary Collectible Design and Decorative Art for international clients, helping them explore and define their design goals and make informed decisions when acquiring pieces.
