Providing bespoke canapés for your small gathering, or a cocktail dinatoire for up to 30 people, Lynette removes the stress from entertaining. Mary’s passion is sharing elegant French family cuisine with you and your guests. A “Top 5” culinary graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, she combines classic French chef techniques with the wisdom and advice gained from years of cooking along side her French mother-in-law. Mary can spend a half day with you in your kitchen where you will create a traditional 5 course French meal for you, your family and guests. She frequently caters dinner parties and cocktail parties for American Embassy Defense Attachés and their VIP guests, a UNESCO director, and various private clients in Paris and its environs.
