We adore this charming, chalet-style restaurant and event space on its own island in the Bois de Boulogne in the West end of Paris. The voyage there itself is unique – you can row, yes we said row, your way across the lake. Or, you can park and then take a ferry from the public parking area (free for restaurant goers, 1,50€ round-trip for island hoppers). For a traditional circus, the Cirque d’Hiver is an institution in Paris. Watch lions and tigers, elephants and clowns in an authentic, round, high-top arena. The Bouglione Circus has been dazzling audiences with its shows for over 170 years and brings you new thematic shows each season.
You can also rent out their space for medium to large-scale private events such as corporate parties, meetings and concerts.

A friendly, private tennis and multi-sports club devoted to kids, with courses on Wednesdays and weekends through the year, and holiday sports camps for children from 3 to 14 years old. You can sign up your kids for any of their regular classes on a weekly, half day or daily basis. A convenient door-to-door minibus service shuttles kids from Paris to the club, which sits on 2 hectares of green space, 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower in Bièvres.
Their Les Gymnases Parisiennes offers golf, gym, soccer and tennis courses for kids from 2 to 10 years on Saturdays in gyms in the 7th, 8th, 16th and 17th arrondissements of Paris.
They can even organize a sports birthday party for you. And, they speak English!

Your kids can get limber, keep fit, gain confidence and improve their personal and physical expression while learning traditional circus arts like juggling, balancing, and walking across tight ropes. Cirqu-Aouette works with many schools around Paris and offer courses throughout the year at their center in the 13th arrondissement, as well as workshops during school holidays. One of the oldest Chinese canteens in Paris, this family-style restaurant continues to be popular with locals. You come here for quick service and a vast array of soups, dim sum delicacies, BBQ duck and rice plates at a good value. It’s big, noisy and often crowded, but very kid-friendly and perfect for weekend brunch en famille.

An authentic Chinese “dim sum” restaurant that’ll transport you back to the big banquet halls of Hong Kong, with pushcarts that circulate the dining tables offering dozens of dainty, traditional bite-sized delicacies for you to choose from. Try steamed, fried or stuffed. Rely on old favorites like: steamed shrimp dumplings (Har Gao), steamed pork brioches (cha siu bao), stuffed raviolis and sticky rice in lotus leaves. It’s noisy and crowded, but definitely kid-friendly!
