Did you ever think that a simple walk in the park could offer special meditative moments to calm your mind and improve both your emotional and physical well being? How can you use these moments to unwind stress, rebalance and connect to like minded people?
Join experienced well being coach Tania Del Rio for another early morning workshop to explore the practice of enjoying and employing natural settings to create the mental calmness and focus you need to feel more present and calm in Paris. As the sun rises over Paris, Tania will guide us through a series of mindful living exercises as we explore some of the beautiful parks by the Seine.

About Tania Del Rio
Tania Del Rio Albrechtsen is a Paris-based mental performance and well being coach. Tania understands the impact that everyday lifestyle choices have on our ability to keep up our mental performance, the effects that chronic stress has on the body and the importance of creating routines that sustain mental, physical and social well-being. Having a doctoral degree in Biology, Tania transitioned from doing research into a career in wellness in her own journey with stress management. Tania is passionate about sharing how urban nature can be used as a means for day time recovery and to connect to what is meaningful on a daily basis. Tania has been leading health coaching programs and wellness workshops in Paris since 2012.
