After winning over Parisians with her delicious gourmet donuts at Boneshaker, Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef Amanda Bankert recently published her first cookbook “Voilà Vegan” to spread her love of plant-based baking. Join INSPIRELLE for a fun evening of cocktails, vegan goodies and conversation with Amanda about her journey from pastry chef to author at Abricot Bar. Copies of her cookbook will be available for sale and signing!
