Restorative Yoga for Everybody and Every Body!

Feeling tight in your body from sitting at your desk all day or tense from other daily stresses? Learn to tackle the tension and create inner calm through this relaxing and restorative yoga workshop with yoga instructor Sarah McNabb Snyder.
Sarah will lead you through 30 minutes of gentle yoga followed by another 30 minutes of yoga nidra. This workshop is suitable for students of all levels.
For those unfamiliar with yoga nidra, it involves lying comfortably on your back in shavasana pose and listening to a script that focuses on relaxing the body before moving on to breathing and visualization exercises. A half-hour session of yoga nidra often has the benefit of one sleep cycle! So, grab your yoga mat or towel, and join us for an hour of calm.
