Seasonal French Cooking with Molly Pisula

As this gray and unusual winter slowly gives way to the warmer weather of spring, join us for a fun cooking class with chef Molly Pisula to celebrate the transition to sunnier days! She will share her French-inspired recipes and cooking tips to help you enjoy the changing seasonal options as we wait for the fresh young vegetables of spring.
Class Duration: 1.5 hours
Menu: Classic Lentil Soup, Cheesy Baguette Toasts, and French Yogurt Cake with Almonds
Attendees will be sent the ingredient list the week before, and the recipes on the day of the event. And, since the class starts at 5:30 pm, you’ll have your evening’s dinner ready right on time (or lunch if you are in the US)! Please join us!
