Walking Tour: Find Kitchen Essentials in Paris with Pastry Chef Molly Wilkinson

Have you ever wandered into one of the cookware and kitchen utensil shops in Paris and been thrilled yet overwhelmed by the choices? Or tried to find specific ingredients that are unique to a recipe? Well, Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef Molly Wilkinson is here to the rescue! She will lead us on a walking tour in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement to show us her favorite shops for kitchen supplies and special ingredients. Our tour will end with a visit to a well-known pastry shop to inspire all the budding pastry chefs among us.

About Molly Wilkinson

A native Texan, Molly graduated from the pastry program of the prestigious Cordon Bleu School in Paris in 2014. INSPIRELLE has followed her adventures as she explored the cultural roots and ingredients of traditional pâtisserie and shared her enthusiasm for creating beautiful pastries in a fun and simple way. She offers private cooking classes in her Versailles kitchen or by zoom to lovers of French pastry around the world who are eager to learn how to make rough puff pastry, Italian meringue or ganache au chocolat and more. Last year she published her first cookbook, “French Pastry Made Simple”.
