In Sanskrit, nidra means sleep, and during this Instagram Live session Tioka will guide you towards a state where the body rests while the mind maintains awareness to create a profound sense of calm. Yoga Nidra can be used to enhance concentration and creativity. It can also be used to reduce stress and anxiety.
The practice is based on brain patterns as well as ancient tantric techniques. Yogis believe that with intention and attention, you can move beyond ego to your truest, most authentic self.
