Families living in Paris and its suburbs, have we got news for you!

HOPWAYS, a community car pool service created by three Paris moms, has just announced they have secured a community taxi service to drive your children to and from school and activities when parents are too busy or unable to drive.

The cost of ordering one of their taxis is between 8 and 11 euros for one ride. This community sharing transportation service is now available in Paris and in some suburbs.

This means a professional accompanies your child. HOPWAYS says the drivers are responsible for both the security and comfort of your child, ensuring seat belts are used at all times. Parents receive an SMS the moment their child departs in the taxi and receive another message when he or she arrives at school or at the activity.

State the time and hour of the pickup, the address of the departure and arrival points, specific needs to observe, and the name of the person in charge of the child. The chauffeur buckles up your child for safety in the taxi ride and the young passenger is never allowed out of sight until he or she is delivered to the person designated. You get your bill at the end of the month.
