Housed in the luxurious Hôtel Westminster between Opéra Garnier and Place Vendome, the one Michelin-starred Le Céladon offers exquisite gastronomic cuisine in a refined, yet unpretentious atmosphere.
Head Chef Christophe Moisand is passionate about his food, and is dedicated to featuring the freshest seasonal produce “du terroir” as the star of his sublime culinary creations. In the intimate dining room, reminiscent of a bourgeois Parisian apartment, you’ll savor inventive French cuisine which respects tradition while incorporating Oriental flourishes.
The menu changes regularly with the seasons, but you may find a mushroom consommé accentuated with Japanese Shimeji mushrooms, for example. Or a chocolate shortbread served with tropical mango, a touch of Chinese Timur pepper and calamansi sorbet.
You’ll be happy to know that Le Céladon has come up with creative ideas to make gastronomic dining more pocketbook-friendly too. Want to treat someone to a special lunch, but pressed for time? Try the “Celadon Express”, including 3 courses and coffee, served in 45 minutes for 45€.
On weekends, Le Céladon transforms into Le Petit Céladon and offers the same level of refinement in a more casual atmosphere. An alternative menu is served at a more affordable price: 63€ for 3 courses, including a half bottle of wine and coffee per adult, and a Children’s Menu is available for 25€.
