Forget about following fashion and dining trends – you can be the one to spot them. But, blink and you’ll miss your chance! Pop up restaurants and private sales have become all the rage around the world, as seasoned shoppers and diners are on the lookout for new discoveries.
From December 10-19, Hub Culture Paris Pavilion, a unique, pop up art gallery, shopping and fine dining experience, opens to the public in Paris – so get yourselves over there before it disappears!

Enjoy Exclusive Fine Dining for Lunch or Dinner
Each night, only 24 lucky people can reserve a seat at Kaskäad Kitchen for a seasonal tasting menu – an ephemeral fine dining restaurant, with up-and-coming star chef Freddy Money at the helm. A 5-course seasonal tasting dinner menu is 65€, including champagne on arrival.
From December 14-19th, Kaskäad Kitchen will also offer a lighter, 3-course lunch menu at 30€ per person.
Diners will be delighted by the artistic culinary creations of this young and dynamic chef, who has honed his skills in some of the finest gastronomic kitchens – most recently with the Alain Ducasse Group, as well as El Bulli and Paco Roncero.
Fascinated by flavor combinations, color and creativity, Freddy aims to push the boundaries to produce a memorable dining experience – using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients – in a relaxed and fun environment.
