Unstoppable Balance: Coaches to Help You Thrive in Mind, Body and Spirit
Natasha Dadour, Functional Medicine Practitioner, CEO of My Functional Fill
As CEO of My Functional Fill, Natasha Dadouor is dedicated to empowering clients on their journey to optimal health. Her expertise integrates “Western” medicine with functional medicine and is a safe, holistic, and thorough approach offering help to answer some common questions:
“Is it healthier to go gluten-free even if I do not have Celiac’s Disease or if I am gluten-intolerant? Are there functional medicine tests that determine which foods are best for me? How can I make meaningful changes to finally feel symptom free?”
If you suffer from chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or hormone imbalances especially if you’re taking medications (e.g., HRT, GLP-1 agonists), but haven’t yet established care with a general practitioner (GP) in France, Natasha offers personalized care by integrating a functional medicine perspective, prioritizing a food-first approach, advanced functional tests, and prescribing high-quality supplements in France and the UK.
Beyond her clinical work, Natasha is passionate about sharing her knowledge in chronic disease management and prevention with larger corporate and start-up environments.

John Raven of SpineTuned, Original Alignment instructor
John is an Original Alignment Instructor with 16 years of experience studying pain-free posture and movement and eight years of teaching it. As a teenager, he developed arthritis in his big toes and after a bad bike accident and other injuries, he could barely walk by the age of 23. Seeking relief, he traveled from the US to France to study Aplomb, an approach that restores natural alignment by rebalancing the bones in gravity. He regained his ability to walk.
John says SpineTuned, also known as Aplomb, is based on a simple truth: our bones are designed to balance and bear weight. When our bones aren’t doing their job, our muscles brace to keep us from collapsing, doing a job they’re not built for. This leads to chronic tension, fatigue, and strain. When we learn how to let our bones do their job, our muscles can finally let go. Our entire nervous system decompresses, breathing deepens, circulation, digestion, and even emotional balance improves. And with that, strength returns from within.
“Most people don’t realize how much tension they’re carrying until they experience what it’s like to let go for the first time. When your frame rebalances, it doesn’t just change how you move—it changes how you meet the world. You become grounded, open, and capable of moving through life with deep natural strength.”
This transformative practice relieves back and joint pain so you can get back to the simple pleasures of life—whether that’s playing with your kids, dancing, or simply moving with ease.
Sacha Lajer, Licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist
A native Californian who has lived in Paris for over 30 years, Sacha has worked as a professor of English and American literature at the Sorbonne. She says her father’s artificial heart got her own beating with a sense of urgency. Having devoted much of her life to caring for others, she knew that as midlife approached, it was time to focus on her own well-being. Sacha discovered hypnosis as the key to opening unknown doors to her own intuition, creative potential, and an 11-kilo weight loss!
“Having experienced inner transformation with such fluidité and ease was hard for me to grasp. I then delved into self-hypnosis and loved that I could rewire my own mind, redirect my thoughts and ultimately, my life! I couldn’t find an English-speaking hypnotherapist in Paris and decided I’d become the person I was looking for, to help people get unstuck and move towards their truest selves.”
Sacha became a licensed clinical hypnotherapist, sophrologist and emotional wellness coach with additional training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Neurotherapy.
She guides her clients on their journey to well-being and lasting inner transformation at a subconscious level. Examples of what she treats with hypnotherapy: boosting self-confidence, creative breakthroughs, exam preparation, weight loss, smoking cessation, insomnia, anxiety, stress management, phobias, unhealthy habits, chronic pain, and psoriasis.

Robynne Pendariès, ADHD Coach for Adults
Robynne Pendariès received her degree in Child Psychology from Tufts University in Boston, and then moved to Paris in 1989. She worked as a fashion buyer and subsequently raised a family while managing her husband’s career as a professional golf player. In 2006, she consolidated her skills to start her business as a Professional Organizer in France.
A strong interest in adults with neurodivergent brains led Robynne to the next chapter of her professional career, training as an ADHD Coach.
“I discovered after 15 years of Professional Organizing, especially for people with ADHD, that it wasn’t enough to help people better organize their space around them. They needed to go deeper, to the root, to help create better habits and a healthier mindset.”
ADHD coaching helps adults develop personalized strategies to manage challenges like time management, organization, and emotional regulation, leading to reduced stress and improved daily functioning. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, ADHD coaching fosters self-awareness, accountability, and effective communication, helping people “connect the dots” so they can take action, strengthen relationships, boost confidence, and move forward in their lives.
Jessamy Holland, Sex and Relationship Therapist
Jessamy Holland works with couples and individuals to help them understand and overcome challenges involved in physical and emotional intimacy. She specialises in working with bi-cultural couples to improve their communication skills and identify areas of tension. Jessamy arrived in Paris at 22 and struggled with feelings of disillusionment about her expectations. This led her to therapy and eventually becoming a therapist. She uses her background as an existential coach to help clients notice the details of their experiences.
“it is essential to understand how someone’s ‘stuff’ (i.E. past baggage, childhood wounds, etc.) impacts the way they interact in relationships both personally and professionally. This self-awareness gives you a choice in how you navigate relationships.”
She adds that individual therapy is a safe and confidential space where this understanding can occur. Couples therapy is a dedicated container for couples to unpack how their “stuff” creates a unique dynamic that doesn’t always work for them.
Through practical exercises and thoughtful questioning, Jessamy works with her clients to help them achieve their goals. She is currently working on a series of workshops to offer women the opportunity to explore areas of sexual fulfilment and arousal.

Dufflyn Lammers, American Love Coach in Paris on Relationships, Addictions
Dufflyn offers online courses, community, and one-to-one coaching for women who want to be successful at sex, love and dating.
“Often, women come to me because they are going through a breakup or divorce, they are single and don’t want to be, or they are in a relationship and aren’t sure if they should stay or go. Using my unique background in Tantra, Attachment Repair, Coaching and Intervention, I help my clients go from feeling lost, insecure and helpless to feeling fulfilled, secure and empowered.”
Dufflyn has learned from her own experience of moving to France for love. But one can learn to trust themselves to create partnerships where they are both safe and free.
